I. Definitions

1. 'WorldHunk' refers to World Hunk International LLC and its website, worldhunk.com, excluding investors, shareholders, operators, and employees.
2. 'User' refers to the individual uploading a file or making any network communications with the website including but not limited to viewing the website, and providing personal details. See below.
3. 'File' refers to any document that can be uploaded (ie transferred from the user computer to the server) including but not limited to an image file.
4. 'Website' refers to http://www.worldhunk.com
5. 'Webmaster' or 'Administrator' refers to the individual who maintains/operates the website at World Hunk International LLC.
6. 'Contest' refers to the Annual International Male Model Search being performed by World Hunk International LLC.
7. 'Prizes' or 'Rewards' refers to the variable compensation for winning various stages of the Annual International Male Model Search by World Hunk International LLC.

II. Terms of Service

World Hunk International LLC accepts limited liability for the use of uploaded files and personal information while it operates under a good faith system. Uploaded files and personal information will be protected to the full extent ofWorldHunk's abilities, although protection is not and can not be guaranteed.

1. Uploaded Images

Users uploading images must exclusively have expressed written permission to upload the file(s) to the server by the owner. If the images are not the property of the individual who uploaded them, they will be immediately be removed upon request by contacting the webmaster at admin@worldhunk.com. WorldHunk can not accept liability for hosting content uploaded by users, and will work to the fullest extent of it's abilities to remove images that violate the terms of service (see 'Limitation of Liability' below). Anything that can be remotely construed as pornographic imagery, or copyrighted material can and will be removed at the expense of the user who uploaded the files.

2. Personal Information

Users must provide explicitly accurate personal information when joining the contest. If information is posted incorrect due to a typing error or other reasons, or address/name changes occur they must directly contact the administrator at admin@worldhunk.com in order to have the information changed. Personal information including name, city/state, age, height, weight, and other details excluding exact address and phone number may be posted on the website. Confidential personal information such as exact address and phone number will be kept private to the full extent ofWorldHunk's abilities, while protection is still not guaranteed (see 'Limitation of Liability' below). Personal information will not be provided to other companies for marketing purposes. Personal information will be used solely as a method of contacting the user and creating profiles for submissions.

3. Judging/Prizes

Since judging submissions is a frivolous, and/or subjective goal, WorldHunk can not guarantee the lack of bias involved in the judging process. Prizes/rewards are also subject to change and/or removal. As of the date last updated, payment to the finalist winner would be on March 15th 2010. The winner would be flown to New York for three days to take part in photo and video shoots, during which time they can not seek outside work. As already stated, prizes and dates are subject to change.

4. Eligibility

All participating users must be over the age of 18 years when the photos being submitted were taken. In accordance to theCOPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Act), which limits the collection of information from minors online, any data submitted which indicates the user is/was under the age of 18 when the photos were taken will be immediately removed from the website and subject, possibly, to further action.

III. Privacy

World Hunk International LLC accepts absolutely no responsibility for the use of information submitted by the user. In accordance with good faith policy, WorldHunk will strive to protect personal information submitted such as exact address and phone number. WorldHunk reserves the right to release information to companies involved directly in the process of judging/rewarding in the contest, without the consent of the user.WorldHunk also reserves the right to release personal information in the event that the user violates the Terms of Service and/or the information is warranted in a legal preceding.

VI. Limitation of Liability

In accordance to the concept of a limited liability corporation, investors/shareholders in World Hunk International LLC are not responsible for any of the companies debts beyond their personal investment. In the unlikely even that WorldHunk faces legal prosecution shareholders/investors are exempt of responsibility in the legal preceding unless directly involved as accomplices in set accused activity. Only the sole proprietors and direct partners of the company may face legal responsibility to cover the debts of the corporation.

V. Copyrights

Presently, World Hunk International LLC holds no copyrights or trademarks. Users may not upload copyrighted images that they do not own without the written consent of those who do. World Hunk International LLC can not accept responsibility for uploaded content, but will remove it upon request made to admin@worldhunk.com. In the event that uploaded content violates federal or international copyright laws, the user who uploaded the data will be held accountable and is subject to expulsion from the contest in addition to potential legal action.
